About Me
This is a principal designer and co-founder of a small ui/ux design studio where we have been providing professional design consultancy services to Clients across India. We design mobile/web-based digital products, services and systems. I lead projects, work on all design stages, ensure quality, strategize growth and manage the office.
Started career as sr. ui/ux designer by joining Samsung R&D Bangalore in April 2014. Soon decided to set-up a design studio, co-founded Nimba Design Studio in Nov 2014. As a co-founder at my journey has been full of opportunities, challenges, success and failures. The learnings changed my perspective of perceiving problems around me and helped in making better decisions.
Would like to define myself moreover as a problem-solving designer. Believe in simple, minimal and effective design solutions. Business strategies, sales and marketing are my subjects of interest besides exploring depths of design. Love cooking, exploring nature, tearing apart electronics, making sound systems and dreaming about new ideas.

- Worked for Clients like Dr. Reddy's, Ebix Group, Religare Health insurance, Govt of India and other various startups.
- Got first project from a billion-dollar company, impressed them with the work and made them a repetitive Client.
- Have closely worked with CEO, CTO, Product Manager, Sales Head and other team players.
- Guided many Clients during initial meetings to bring clarity on product, idea, vision, goals, validation, project-brief, scope, to identify right problems and head for right direction.
- Have a track record of impressing most of the Clients with problem-finding abilities and ideas to solve them.
- Re-designed entire business travel booking platform for tech Client know as Zillious (Ebix Group). Re-defined booking process to reduce booking time, dis-approvals and manual form fills. Introduced smart search result feature, integrated sub-products (flight, hotels, train, bus, car, etc.), created modular UI design and re-defined UI.
- Designed entire product for a startup that offers online house design and construction services. Guided co-founders to understand customer, behaviour, gain customer's trust and visualize better sales strategies. Created restriction free customer on-boarding and user controlled construction process. Added a free estimation tool to attract more user on website and improve Google ranking.
- Have designed mobile apps, web apps, responsive websites, software, games and interactive screens.
- Have designed entire product, service and systems from scratch as a solo designer.
- Worked on all stages of the projects: understand client and its requirements, create project roadmap, conduct research, analysis, define, strategies, wire-framing, UI prototyping, testing, refining, UI detailing, animation, asset creation and documentation.
- Had a major contribution in raising the studio from scratch without help and funding.
- Spent first eight months in learning details that were necessary to complete, professional, and make a happy client.

As a part of voice interaction team, generated concepts to re-define possibilities of voice interaction with mobile, designed next gen S-Voice agent (like Siri), worked in Car-UX team also.

Generated concepts for lighting fixtures and street lighting. Designed collage of lighting fixtures for display and promotional purposes. Generated concepts for Carlsberg open air Beer Bar.

Degree Project, 10 months
Completed my degree project at this social enterprise and designed a water vending kiosk for public usage. Here, learned about practical problems that arises while developing a new product from scratch.
